Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) just released the schedule of the board exams for the year 2017 one of these is the Criminology Licensure Examination through board resolution no, 2016-1019 series 2016. This includes the opening of online processing of applications, target dates of release of examination results and Special Professional Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE).
2017 CBE Schedule:
Exam Date: June 11, 12 & 13 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)
Filing Deadline: April 28, 2017
Venue: Manila, All Regional Offices, Zamboanga
Exam Date: December 8, 9 & 10 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Filing Deadline: October 8, 2017
Venue: Manila, All Regional Offices, Zamboanga, General Santos and Rosales
According to PRC the filling of application together with the supporting documents, at the Central and Regional offices shall be in the period indicated in the schedule. Also noted that if the deadline of the filling application falls on legal or regular holiday and non-working holidays, the deadline shall be on the immediately succeeding working day.
If you haven’t yet filed your application for the said board examination here are the following requirements you must prepare.
PRC REQUIREMENTS FOR CRIMINOLOGY LICENSURE EXAMINATION
Specific Requirements:
1.Should have a degree in BS in Criminology
2.Should have NBI or Police Clearance and Court Clearance
3.Should have Certificate of Good Moral Character either from School, Parish Priest, or Barangay Captain
Basic Requirements:
1.Original and Photocopies of Transcript of Records w/ CHED Special Order (SO) and date of graduation (Government and PAASCU, PACUCOA and ACSC-AAI Level II-IV accredited schools are exempted from S.O (B).
2.Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)/ NSO authenticated.
3.Four (4) pieces 1.77” x 1.37” (passport size) pictures (attire w/ collar and sleeves) Front view/plain background w/ complete nametag (ex. DUMANDAN, GLORIO JR. O.)
4.Original and Photocopy of Cedula/Community Tax Certificate
5.PRC Documentary Stamp (P20.00)
6.Window Envelope w/ PRC letterhead
7.P900 for Examination Fee
Repeater:
1.TOR w/ date of graduation (original and Photocopy)
2.Birth Certificate from NSO (original and photocopy)
